AGREEMENT - Conditions of sale -

The reservation is confirmed upon reception of a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay at the hotel and is deducted from the final bill at the end of the stay.

To regulate these down payments, thanks for agreeing to contact to us is by telephone: +590-(0)590 88 70 00 (attention with the jet lag: when it is 12:00 AM in Paris it is 7:00 AM in Guadeloupe hour of winter and 6:00 AM summer-time) or by telefax with: +590-(0)590 88 59 08.

If you do not show up, you will be charged and your reservation will be cancelled. We reserve the right to keep the deposit.

If you must shorten your stay, you must inform the hotel 48 hours before departure or you will be charged for the entire stay for which you reserved.

All changes or cancellations of reservations will be made in writing and will receive a response in writing by the hotel.

You may have the keys to your room at 4:30 PM on the day of arrival and must check out of the room at 11:00 AM the day of departure.

You will be charged an extra day if you do not leave the room by noon.

We are sorry but animals are not allowed in the hotel.
