AGREEMENT

The reservation is confirmed upon reception of a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay at the hotel and is deducted from the final bill at the end of the stay.

The deposit can be made by check or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express) by filling out the form with your credit card number and expiration date as well as the 3 numbers on the back of the card and by signing an authorization to debit the amount from your card.

If you do not show up, you will be charged and your reservation will be cancelled. We reserve the right to keep the deposit.

If you must shorten your stay, you must inform the hotel 48 hours before departure or you will be charged for the entire stay for which you reserved.

All changes or cancellations of reservations will be made in writing and will receive a response in writing by the hotel.

You may have the keys to your room at 4:30 PM on the day of arrival and must check out of the room before 12 noon on the day of departure.

You will be charged an extra day if you do not leave the room by noon.

We are sorry but animals are not allowed in the hotel.
